Conditions of Employment
| 1.Starting Salary | College Graduates: Base salary 190,000yen(Allowance Included)/month Mid-career: Commensurate with regulations |

| 2.Working Hours | 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (8 hour workday) |
| 3.Holidays | Saturday, Sunday, national holidays (regular 5-day work-week) |
| 4.Bonus | Two times per year (summer & winter) |
| 5.Salary Increase | Once per year (decided based on wage regulations) |
| 6.Commuting Expenses | Reimbursement for actual costs |
| 7.Lodging Facilities | Corporate rental housing (50% of rent is covered by the company) |
